It is, therefore, advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Cancellation and payments  policy:

• The reservation is guaranteed with a credit card. At the time of the reservation no charges will be made to the credit card provided by you. Payment will be made at the hotel upon completion of your stay.
   

•  Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before the date of entry. Thereafter cancellations are penalized with a penalty of one night.
